cline and trcnomate 5420 m2

what is the best patch to use with the 5420 m2 for a cline please or dose it not mater whitch patch I use as long its fot the 5420 trgards simon soru 5402

Use the latest Patch which is 140p you will also need the ADDON patch to allow for 8281 CCcam/Newcand functionality

Does anyone know which reference number it is for the ADD ON patch as I am not sure. I think it might be 102p. However I could well be wrong. Therefore advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks.
