tm 600

hi i have a issue with my tm 600, something happened box which i lost all my channel lists and would not connect to internet, looks like the box was put back to factory settings, i have since loaded on the iq image dated 31/8/11 but i know that there a update or a newer image for this but i cant find it. i cant use the blue button to download anything as it says no internet connection, i am connected as cccam is running fine, i think the update would fix the issue, can someone help?

connected now to internet, was try to download lastest motorised channel list but wont let me, it says not enough sapce but there is plenty, any ideas?
