    We have just had Virgin Broadband connected but the signal keeps dropping out, sometimes several times a day and varying from 5 minutes to half an hour. A telecom engineer from another company suggested that the co-ax cable run is too long to maintain a good Db level aand this may be causing...

    I upgraded to 350mb from 200mb broadband a fortnight ago for an extra 1p per month. Received an email today From 1st October, your bill will be going up by £3.01 a month :mad:
