Well what box do you have and what are you using to stream Content.

I am quite boring lol.

I have an Apple TV 2 - jailbroken with XBMC and mashup installed, but I normally use Netflix (Paid) most of the time. I find mashup a right pain to use and navigate around!

Cheers

Hi mick

I've not Sussed XBMC yet so next on my list.

i have a vu duo with Apollo image and dreamplex. Using ourplex servers to stream.
i have a now tv box with plex and same servers steaming.
i have a jailbreak on my iPad and iPhone using movie box to download/stream.

the latter is my favourite as content is most upto date.

willing to learn from anyone as the user name suggests I am a newbie and i sure am

We all have to learn somewhere, but it seems you already have a good grounding with your setup :)

Thanks for sharing!

Mainly use the PS3 for Amazon Prime, Netflix, Now TV and YouTube. Also have XBMC on the PC.

Sitting off I've got an Acer RL100 with XBMC installed. Roku 2 XS with Netflix and NowTV. WD TV Play with YouTube and Netflix.

I use my Xbox for Netflix sometimes (cheap) but saving for a smart TV or a new TV and android PC to make it like a smart TV for Netflix/YouTube and if possible hulu etc

Pi, PC and Android all running XBMC, youtube, etc, plus local content from my file server.

Looking at getting netflix account through virgin but I hear the menus are slow on the tivo box.

XBMC on Apple TV 1st gen and generally use Mashup, I find it reasonably straightforward. Having the hard drive also allows me have a movies tab where I can download to and click and go when I want to watch something. I also have the airplay set up so I can stream via app on the iPad. Only really use for films as I am subbed to sly sports anyway, have occasionally watched a streamed game live on a Saturday but depends on picture quality.

Have got two Nuc 2820 with latest Openelec installed running a few different plugins, Icefilms, 1 Channel, Genesis, Mash up, Smoothstreams et all, also got a 10tb server in the loft for my downloaded films & tv shows.

Have a few devices for IPTV, Use my Now tv box with plex mostly at the moment, but I also have a WDTV Live which works well with Netflix etc, tend to use my dreambox for iptv too :)

I got one of these for £89.99 plus £5 postage for a customer return with 12 months warranty. I guess it was returned as the original firmware was a big buggy, There are 3 roms available based on the original stock roms. There is even a 4.4 version :) Made a massive difference to usability but for some reason I get stuttering on HD movies but I guess I just have not figured out what setting to change

IPTV here is something of a pipe dream. Internet speeds vary so much from mediocre to sub dial-up it's just not reliable enough. Local companies try to flog mainly MAG250'5 (with a sub of course). I've tried one & not impressed. PQ acceptable, UI atrocious.

Just trying to set up my in box 2 plus for streaming bu use a PI normally
