Am I missing something?

This morning, that nice man Mr Santa Claus (disguised as a postman) brought me a Starview 4, so I have set it up and installed the firmware/software (whatever you clever peeps call it) and now I want to sort/move some channels, but I can't do it, it wont let me!

I have got onto channel edit, and put the pass code in butI am not getting the option to sort or move, they are there but they are an orange colour and I cannot get onto them. All the other options are there too, Delete, Fav's, P-Lock, Skip & Rename. These options ate in white and I can click on them ones.

I have read through the book and it says in there that I can move/sort channels. I have done a search too but cannot find any more info.

Please please help, I am going round the bend here.

Ohhh, it seems no one can answer my question, oh well it was worth a try

I have since found another problem, when I first put the Starview 4 on, the time was one hour ahead, so I changed it to the correct time, but now my EPG is an hour out. It shows the correct programmes but at the wrong times??:err:

Oh I'm well confused, thinking about putting my Starview 2 back on until I sort it all out, that one was so much easier.

I've started on the voddie now so I think it will all have to wait until tomorrow.
