pmsl i was just going to post this exact thread
Ill go with woy.

@ maryhinge can you add a poll to the thread

I think Hodgson is a definate to go . can't see the owners trusting him to buy players in the transfer window if they were thinking of getting rid of him in the summer anyway. Not sure about Ancelotti

They should also sack mancinni, if a title challenging team comes to our ground, and plays like that well they should be ashamed.

As much as utd come and play the counter against us, what city did was disgusting lol... it was the worst thing I have seen in the premiership for a long time... even stoke and the likes try and have a go...

Negative football at its worse.

What has dzeko got himself into.

Back on topic lol... i think they will both get sacked if I had to guess I would say hodgeson will go first, cause chelski will need a good manager and there is not anyone about and liverpool would take anyone right now lol.

Mick

excellent, just need birmingham to go down (as they have wee barry and big eck, villa to go down as they have gary mac) and fergie to retire.. bringing back king kenny at liverpool, MON at chelsea, lambert to get norwich up and the prem is looking green and white with moyes, kean and coyle all doing well :)

No mate it was actually from a well known Utd website but the original source was a well known Liverpool website hope that clears it up lol. If not i have proof ;)

Surely it will be Hodgson and he should have went back in October when it was clear he didnt have a clue.

too easy...Hodgson..I know the first to go are always managers, but seriously sometimes players have to take their share of responsibility, I mean when was the last time Gerrard missed the target on a penalty?

Same thing when Terry missed a header from 2 yards out when Scolari was in charge

Haha it's well documented that Mick's the closet scouse round these ere parts :)

LMAO you never know lol.

I do like liverpool it has to be said... I do not like the FA CUP where we smashed them left to right and that little fooker! owen popped up with two goals lol.

Never mind A ;)

Also we did end there home soil success, they never recovered from THOMAS scoring the mother of all last minute goals.

Not that I dislike City in any way being a Man U fan lmfao. But what did you expect Mick? No one in the premiership can really go to Emirates and try play Arsenal as simply put they will out pass any side in the Premier League and Man City are running on borrowed time. It was clear from pre match interviews that Mancini had no intention of trying to win this game and if it wasnt for Arsenal it would have been a bitch of a match to watch.

As you said even we counter attack you guys as thats the best way to get at you but who can match Arsenal for pace and passing? Pace wise maybe Spurs but ability wise not many in English football.

Man City performance reminds me of some of the performances I've seen from Champion League sides who dont even try to come to the big grounds and win. The argument always is well they have little chance of winning so happy with a draw. Thats the completely wrong attitude and it all comes back to pressure on the management team etc. Its a result driven business and losing is not an option for even the top teams as a few bad results and youre down to be the next manager to be sacked.

The best side doesnt always win a match, but generally the best side always wins the league over a season so if Man City adopt that attitude everytime they are at risk of losing at one of the bigger clubs they're right bang in trouble.

For an owner to invest £1 billion and get a team performing like that, well what more can be said. Even a billion pounds doesnt buy you a title these days. And I think Arsenal will finish higher than the scum and they havent spent even 5% of that.

Oh yeah back to this thread, hope it isnt Hodgson as he is doing an outstanding job at Liverpool in my opinion, lol. As is Ancelotti, the longer they in charge the better I say as the only way is down.

How about they swap managers? In fact when you come to think of it there hasnt been a decent manager at Liverpool for decades. And ex managers who have moved on have showed their pedigree. Houllier at Villa and Benitez at Inter says it all and to say Dalglish is the next man lined up shows the club is just going further and further backwards. Oh happy days.

@ imransol its that kind of attitude that allows the premiership to decline.

West brom came to the emirates and whooped us at our own game.

And I hold my hands up and say the better side won.

We are declining as a league and apart from arsenal and the yids (fook how hard is that to say lol), teams are boring an average.

If you had any other manager than "sir drunk sold myself to the devil pmsl furguson lol" the team you watch would be lucky to be in the top 4.

And if a team that has spent 300 million last july comes against Arsenal who at most have 50 million on the pitch and plays like that its a testament to wenger, and I would take 200 years of not winning anything to watch the game we play at times.
