Boxing: Haye vs Ruiz / Jones Jr vs Hopkins

hey all - an interesting couple of fights this weekend huh?!

The return of the Hayemaker against Ruiz... and perhaps one of the last times we'll see a couple of modern greats in the ring - Roy Jones vs Bernard Hopkins.

RJJ vs B.Hop is a totally pointless fight because neither one of them has a title to fight for - BUT it'll still be great fun just to see these 2 old grandmasters go at it!

Hopefully RJJ will retire after this one before his legend starts to be forgotten, but Hopkins still looks like he could stick about for a few more and embarass a few more young pretenders like Pavlik.

My predictions... I'm going for a Hayemaker & Hopkins double - Haye by points and Hopkins by KO!

(but I'm shite at fight predictions so bet the opposite to my predictions and you'll probably win loads!!! lol)

Haye looks good in the build up and very relaxed but feel he could be underestimating Ruiz who is going to be bigger in the ring again after going in 8lbs heavier.

Even after the weight difference I still feel Haye should win by KO but to me he still has to prove he his the best Heavyweight and Ruiz is a experienced heavyweight so will know more at this level.

As for the Jones fight, I felt he should have retired after his last fight and could get embarresed by Hopkins if he is totally fit and up for the fight.

Predictions:

Haye to win by KO in the 8th

Hopkins KO in the 5th
