Skybox F5s 7day epg on f5s

Hi I have just purchased a f5s but in the system setup there is no epg & time settings in the menu list, I have purchased these before and all have had it available any ideas would be grateful or do you think the software as not been installed.

Cheers Bobby I know how to do that but this box does not have a epg & time settings in the drop down menu in the system setup menu. Sorry for any confusion.

did you put a usb stick in? also do you have the latest firmware installed

Yes put stick in, don't know about the firmware just bought it like that, I have bought three of these from different people and they have all had the epg setting there. This is the first one without it so think I will return it.
