Skybox F5s channel list please ?

could anyone help with a good channel list have tried downloading lists but to be honest don't really know what am doing ?
this is what i have at the minuet driving me nuts scrolling up and down !!!! got to be something better

Cheers m8 where do you get ajs list from ? And do you just dump from usb stick ?

Cheers bobby will do --------- I did see a deferent listing to that one on a m8s box that the channel list went right across the screen in a colum of three so you could scroll across and down

he might different firmware on his box that's why channel list went right across

Thats very old list If you have latest receivers you can get 7 day epg as well.

Thats latest fw.
To activate 7 day epg you need a usb in the receiver.
Heres how to use epg
1.Support view XMLTV by Box's cahnnel.
a.Goto "System Setup", enter the "EPG And Time Setting" Menu,
Set the EPG Default Setting as "XMLTV".

b.In the "XMLTV EPG" menu,Press red key to downlaod the data
manually.If switch "Auto update" on , the box will download
the epg data in standby mode Automatically(Panel show "EPg-").

2 .New "OK list" to switch channel more easily.
a. Press the left or right key to switch between "OK list" and
"EPG Window".
