well here the story

just took over a pub and when went in there was still 2 sky box's with cards

cool (I thought )

gave sky a call thinking shouldnt be as much as a full new install

question after question

how the fook can they charge that even when there no footie on

so does anyone know if there is something can be said or done to get that price down

fook that's cheap don't forget to add bt sports and racing uk as you a pub be no good with out them

do what most clubs do and get iptv bent box in

get a semi-official bulsat sub(private dwelling only), they show every sly game without english comms. £170 inc HD stb for 12 months.... the only legal way is get bum raped of rupie!! its no wonder most pubs have big motorised dishes/iptv regards mdt

where have you seen the subs at that price also what size of dish is needed ?

thanks to @manic01 for the info

size of dish needed is 80cm although a quality dish like a triax td88 or gibertini 85cm with a inverto black ultra would be my choice,regards mdt

Hey BDspider i now how u feel m8y.

i took over a pub for 2 1/4 years and a sky bloke came in and gave is a quote and that was 950 a month, but if your with star pubs and bars or the old scotich and newcastle they will give you a 30% discount...
lol... still about 650 so not worth it.
i even had acumin investigators come in and give me a warning with a fine of up to 30,000 and 5,000 for every time i showed a sky sports channel etc etc.
BE CAREFULL..... you wont no who they are in your pub..
