    Re: tv sender

the irda (infra-red) remote signals operate on a seperate frequency, with the audio/video on one of 4 channels in the 2.4ghz region. same frequency band as WiFi networks, wireless cameras and several other home devices. Sounds like your sender is on one of these frequencies and the reciever is set to a different channel. Or possibly another nearby wireless device is swamping your sender's signal. All of the sender/reciever sets that I have here, have a channel selector switch usually a dip switch to select ch1--4. make sure that both units are on the same channel.
