On our Classifieds is a bloody expensive door stop !!

EUROVOX7000HD+ USED BOX EXCELLENT CONDITION ( TATTY BOX )

£25 DELIVERED UK ONLY

@TONYCADY , I don't think a Digital Forum is the best place to advertise a brick like this, it was rendered useless with the introduction of Nagra 3. In fact I'm fairly certain that you won't even be able to get a full range of freeview programmes from it.

get yourself a ARNET A780 for £150, flash it via rs232 port and plug it into your broadband router, regards mdt

Thanks Mdt in terms of the flash how often do you have to do this and do the HD channels?
Apologises as i am a real novice and do not want to spend loads and have any more doorstops.

@TONYCADY and @mdt Just to clarify for both of your benefits...................Tony is it a Cable receiver that you want and not a Satellite receiver ?
Because it is my understanding that any Cable receivers available will only show Freeview, if you are after any other programmes then you will require a Satellite receiver or an IPTV (Internet Protocol TeleVision) receiver.
And, as far as I am aware all Kryptview receivers are Satellite receivers but I would like MDT just to confirm that.

Thanks @wiz569 , I left the cable scene not long after Nagra3 and haven't taken much notice of it since. I have looked at the Satellite scene now and again and that seems to have Kryptview as a prominant provider of the Satellite receivers, and I have wrongly assumed that they do not do Cable receivers.
Apologies to @TONYCADY and @mdt

or for reliability get a dm800c and a private share

Is the VU better than the EUROVOX7000HD which is being sold for £25?
