navigo v2 using tomtom

hi i have followed the tut to the letter no probs with that, anyway it says incorrect activation code for the product uk and ireland, obviosly i,ve done something wrong or missed something out any one else had this and managed to sort it out cheers

Done a couple m8 just make sure you have followed the tut to the letter.

can you remember the tut you used there are a few i,ll try and find another let you know how it goes cheers,




NAVIGO WIDESCREEN WITH TOMTOM V7

1. Format a SD card (1 GB or above) select FAT and not FAT32.

2. Copy contents from the navigoWS_TT7 directory and place them on your SD card.

3. Power up the Navigo and run the TomTom V7 software and it will report activation error, dont worry about this yet.

4. Now power the Navigo down and remove the SD card.

5. Intall the SD card into your SD card reader and in the root there will be a file called ttnavigator.bif.

6. Open this file up with Notepad or similar and look under "DeviceUniqueID=AACASCABC6" and make a note of the 10 character ID Code (case sensitive).

7. Copy the "TTN7" folder which can be found in the "CRACK" folder to the root of drive C:

8. In the "TTN7" folder right click on "Edit, Save, Open.bat" file and select the Edit option.

9. Where it has "XXXXX-XXXXX" enter your DEVICE ID from the "ttnavigator.bif" file.

10. Save the changes to the "Edit, Save, Open.bat" file then open it.

11. A file called "United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland-14.meta.dct" should appear.

12. Copy this file to the "United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland_v720.1802" folder which can be found on the SD storage card

13. Put storage card back in your PDA then run TomTom Navigator 7

Try copying and pasting the device code from the bif file m8 into the crack file m8 im sure thats what i done.
It doesnt have a space and should look like this.


C:\TTN7\tt7_keygen.exe "C:\TTN7" "AACHJJ2FUA"

tried this m8 that was how i was doing it, al get there some how back to the map and compass lol

I have followed the instructions, everything fine but it still says no gps signal.
what can I do?

when it says this are you inside, you may have to go outside to get a reception, mine does this go outside stand for a min and it finds the signal hope this helps
