Praise to SD for this info

    NORMAL SETUP PROCESS

1 COPY ALL THE FOLDERS AND THE START.EXE OFF THE DVD TO YOUR MEMORYCARD WHILST IT IS
    INSERTED IN YOUR PDA.

(DO NOT PUT THEM INTO A FOLDER ON YOUR MEMORYCARD)
2 IF YOU CAN NOT FIT ALL THE MAPS ON TO YOUR MEMORYCARD LEAVE SOME MAPS OFF.

(ALL THE MAPS ARE IN IT'S OWEN FOLDERS FOR EXAMPLE Great_Britain-Map FOLDER)

3 AFTER YOu HAVE DONEN THIS A TomTom ICON SHOULD BE ON YOUR PDA.

4 RUN TomTom AND FOLLOW THE ON SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS.

5 IF YOU WANT TO ADD MAPS SIMPLY COPY THEM TO MEMORYCARD.
(IF YOU GOT A SMALL MEMORYCARD YOU MAY HAVE TO REMOVE A MAP FOLDER TO ADD A NEW ONE)

GPS configuration: always choose Other Cable NMEA GPS, suitable baud rate and suitable come port.

usually comport 8 Baud rate 96000 but try various combinations as it depens on individual PDA.

ON PDA WITH BUILT IN GPS YOU MY NEED TO SWITCH THE GPS "ON" FROM THE PDA SETTINGS FOR THE FIRST TIME SO THAT SOFTWARE COULD DETECT YOUR GPS.

If your PDA does not start automatically after following above instructions or if you are still finding difficult get the software running on your PDA.
Please follow the manual setup instructons below.

    It's very simple,

    Format your SD/MMC memory card!

First of all please transfer all files and folders to your SD memory card, but not the following folders
    'France-Map' and 'Great_Britain_Plus-Map'
(Even if you have 512mb or more)

You can copy these files only once you got the software running.
Let me show you how to get the software running in two minutes...
Now, By taping the screen on your PDA, please open 'File explore' so you can see all the folders and files on SD card.

You will find a folder named '2577', please click/open this folder from your PDA.

You will now see 5 files in the folder.
NOW YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!

    1. Please just click on file 'ttn' (You will note that this file will disappear from your folder once you click on the file, which is good sign but dont worry if it does not.

    2. Click on the file 'PIMAddIn'

    3. Now then click the file name 'wzd'

    4. Finally please click on the file name 'gps'

By now you should have only one file in the folder, don't click on this file. Please exit the file explore.
You should now see 'TOM TOM' on the screen (Descktop).
Please tap on Tom Tom and you are now ready to go. Have fun.

REMEMBER This software doesn't need any activation code or passwords
