Lyngsat Sub-Addresses for NDFEditor 1.64 and TM Channel Editor

Hi again all,

New Lyngsat Sub-Addresses for NDFEditor 1.64 and TM Channel Editor [120312]

NB
The satellite arc used is from 30.0°W to 60.0°E

If anyone is interested... I have completely updated this file... this is because Eutelsat have recently renamed all of their satellites... and also because Lyngsat have altered all of their 'Sub-Addresses' used for downloading with either NDFEditor 1.64 or TM Channel Editor...

You will notice that I have also had to change the contents of the file to a smaller font size (size 8) this is because the Eutelsat Satellite names have become longer... and subsequently the Lyngsat 'Sub-Addresses' have also become longer... a 'Read Me' file has also been added...
