Technomate 5402HD 28.2 Channel List

I thought i would try and get this list from a blademedia 7000s and test it on my Technomate 5402HD, works a treat and even has the 7day epg download channel in each favourite, thought i would share.

It worked fine for me, hope it comes in handy for some people

Put the file on a USB stick back of receiver press the USB button on remote then goto file upload/download and upload it.

Very new to my technomate box, so I apologise in advance if this is obvious.....

I have put this list on a USB and on my TM-5402 went to the data transfer menu and pressed the button to upload the channel list (think its red?).

Then when I press favourites, nothing happens. Am I supposed to press another button?

I have had a look at the file in the Technomate Channel Editor (Version 1.7.2) and it looks good to me, just got to swap BBC1 and ITV1 to my region.

when you press red you will upload your channellist to your usb connected device
what you should have done is scroll down through the file list and press ok when you are on the channelist that you want to put on you tm
the tm will ask defaault or normal press okay on normal and the list will be loaded to your tm .
Make sure to do a backup of your own list in case you don't like the other list but you have done this by pressing the red button already

Now just to figure out how to replace BBC and ITV with my region.

For anyone else that finds this thread like I did.
Same list as above, but BBC1 and ITV1 set to be London.

I know I'm probably going to sound like the dimmest poster on here but I have a concern...will uploading this to my box affect anything other than the channel list?

it will change your lnb or motorised set up if it's different then yours so always back up your channellist before using someone elses and write down your usuals or lnb settings or diseq switch settings if you have them ,with this list it seems to be only astra 28.2 e +eurobird 28.5 e
so if this is all you are using it won't change to much .
But always upload your own channellist to a usb device first in case you don't like the other list

Thanks for that - this was my main concern as my dish is motorised and this is a new box for me and I'm still feeling my way around it - I will take the precautions you suggest.

My question exactly

I noiced i had lost sound on certain channels, did a quick update and everything is fine now, below is latest 28.2e granada list

also just an update, for some reason certain channels that produce AC3 sound are NOT set, all i do is reset the audio from the remote chan by chan as im watching them
