usb-rs232 cable driver help

hi,
can sombody tell me where i can get the driver for this usb-rs232 cable , i bought from ebay no drivers were supplyed i have xp pro with service pack 2. it asks for driver soon as i connect the cable. help please

I need these drivers also, if anyone has them Cheers......

Driver didnt work for some reason It says I need a (Usb Uart controller)

Whatever that is, cant seem to find a download for it just tried to google for it?

well the drivers on the disk states

usb data link cable
usb 2.0 data link cable
usb ethernet cable
usb network cable
usb serial adapter

dunno if you want me to extract and upload any of the others m8
