I haven't used the mini web interface yet so cannot explain how to do it that way. Although I do use FTP to copy the cccam.cfg file from my receiver and edit it in wordpad adding the c lines where they are needed. No IP is usually a No-IP or Dyndns account. Some people aren't prepared to give an IP address out or are running the server on a Dynamic IP and create an account to overcome the change of IP address.
Normally your c line should look like this.
C: *SERVER ADDRESS*.dyndns.org 12000 *USERNAME* *PASSWORD* no
CCcam.cfg file is in your var/etc folder.
I usually keep a copy of this file on my PC so if I need to change anything I can edit it and then just copy over the existing one on my Technomate, much easier than running the mini-web and then adding C lines, plus you always have a back-up if something does go wrong.
Just make sure you are running CCcam through the blue panel as the default cam and you should start clearing pictures.
