Careful Trading With This Guy

Members are are advised not to trade with monkeyMan3 (aka pielord) either on or offline.

He is banned from trading on this and other forums for very good reasons.

He is currently being investigated by West Midlands police and ActionFraud.

Think he's banned from a few places but not here.

I've been a member for 13 years and he is the only member to cause me any problems.

I really trusted people on here but going to have to be more careful now.

He gives people Royal Mail Tracking Info which don't exist.

He says he's sent goods and refunds which never turn up.

Three times he said he'd '100%, Defo' sent a phone so my wife took three 1/2 days off (we told him she was going to) but he still never sent anything.

He makes threats and offers to 'sort things out Toe to Toe'

He once suggest we meet up only to let me drive down the motorway for an hour before cancelling.

He said I should go through his solicitor but the Firm he told me were representing him had never heard of him!

Thing is if you trade via PM and off the forum what can we do ? was the trade done on here ?

@rutters where did you originally post this mate as I think the forum put it in the wrong place ?

is this a new trade you have done or one going back a few months and still ongoing ?

This came up before,with other members, if I remember correctly?
A good few months back in the old classified section,there was a big thread on it.

Months ago he offered a phone for sale. When people pm'd he said it was gone but had others.

Members got burned on this and other forums. I'm still £450 out of pocket.

Ok see it now but his post was an Jan 30th lol. Maybe not a good idea to do what you did mate as his post had nothing to do with your dealings with him. None of this came about via correct use of our trading section so its not really a forum issue tbh.

I just wanted to make members aware that this person is banned from trading here and banned altogether on other forums because of his fraudulent activities.

It was to prevent other members losing money as I have.
