sorry digidude, i arranged for your parcel to be collected from mine on Monday and delivered via courier DHL.

i used parcel2go as i have used these 7 times before.

this will be the last time i use them.

i spoke with some one yesterday at 4pm asking where the driver was, the reply "it ain't 5:30pm yet" "you have to give us till 5:30pm, before you complain about failed collection"

at 5:32pm, i phone up, phone lines are closed after 5:30pm
no live chat on site either.

i get an email later on, saying collection will be made on 21st.

again, 4pm i phone up, and again, i get told that i have to wait till 5:30pm before i can report a failed collection. so i said that the lines close at 5:30pm, and the answer was "yeah i know"

i was then told that the courier tried to collect on Monday and knocked on my door but no answer, so i told him to stop lying.
1) i don't have a knocker on my front door, and to get to my front door, you need the combination on the digital lock on the fire door separating my door from communal hallway.
2) the communal door is on cctv (fitted by myself) and no-one approached during them times.

i explained these facts to him.

he just insisted that the courier will be there in the next hour or so.

FECK ALL

i have emailed them again, telling them i have wasted 2 full days sat in waiting for this courier to arrive, and that i want 2 written apologies one to myself, and one to eurosky for the failed collection and delivery.

i will never use these again, fecking ******s.

the mucking fuppets

no worries m8, ive been sat in all day getting pi$$ed waiting for a parcel, now i know its not coming, im off up the pub

nahh, woman across the road gets all my deliveries, so when she didnt come over when i got back from work i thought something may have been up

Don't use Parcelforce either you should see how they throw stuff around at the depot when we get back from delivering/collecting. I've seen parcels kicked across the floor, thrown into cages, parcels fall off the belt, sometimes from quite a height, that goes into the trailer that goes off to ceventry where things get sorted. Shite.

i have just phoned them, and asked what they are playing at, and where their driver is.

the woman said to me, "there was a fire in Manchester at the weekend, which resulte din no vans being able to get to certain parts of Manchester"

why the **** was i told some one came then on monday, so i asked her about th edriver who was supposed to have called on monday, and she said nothing is on her records about a driver knocking on and getting no answer.

she is gonna ring depot hq now and give me an approx time for collection, and ring me back.

i will never use these again.

how come your still useing them then m8, have you already paid them ??????

yeah, you pay in advance, and they NORMALLY collect same day or next day, depends on timke you arranged a collection.

if you contact them before 11:30am, they generally come same day, after 11:30am it's next day.

they have just phoned me and said that she can't get through to their HQ, and if i wanted i could take my parcel to Warrington depot myself.

why would i arrange a ferkin collection, to go and drop it off myself.

******s.

I'd cut your losses and ask for a refund.

They have to give you a refund under sales of goods act, as they've failed to provide the requested service

Hang on, the fire was at Queens Road bus station.. Which was at 7pm..the road was closed but they could of gone down oldham road and up rochdale road..

Theyre talking shit mate.. thats the only major fire in gtr manchester last week which actually closed any road..

Refund time :) as it would of been quicker to drive to wales yourself LOL..
