PS4 no worky :(

hey all

just switched my ps4 on today and its not working right

getting it to start up ok then after a few button presses the screen goes fuzzy..then comes back, thought maybe it was hdmi lead so i changed that

then it go into the game and the start up graphics of fifa didnt keep up with the sound....

go to picking sides then the team kits and it was fine, just got into the game and got my first shot away when the playstation cut out

amazon aren't interested in it because its after 30 days since it was delivered so gotta go direct to sony

you are better going direct to sony anyway. they will replace it with a new one.

is it happening with any other games. have a look at the hdmi port on the console, see if there are any bent pins

hold the power button unitll you get a menu see if one of them help

My brother has returned a few things to Sony over the years. A psp and a couple of ps2's . They were really good and gave a replacement as they took the faulty unit via courier. Not sure if that is the case these days or with ps4's
