PS3 Wont Display on Screen, was HDMI output setting, now putting onto RCA!!

Ive just brought a PS3 from my brother, and when we 'tested' it - worked great!

It was running via HDMI to HDMI, but now im at my house, i havn't got a hdmi port, so nautrally i thought i can just plug in the ps3 origional rca that came with it, to my rca input into TV.

But theres no picture via rca!!, and i was told i have to change it via the ON SCREEN menu back to rca output!!
But i cant see this?!?!?

How do i set it up for RCA outputs?!??!

Make sure the system is off.
Hold down the Power Button for 5-6 seconds - until you hear the second beep.
That's it, your video settings are reset and you should be able to choose your input and configure it from there.
