Hardware Sony motherboard connector

By any chance has anyone come across this type of connector. I'm working on a sony vgc-la2. Seems all connectors on the board are like this. I've tried pulling, pushing, squeezing, I tried moving those little bits at each side.

Just hoping some knows this connector as don't want to do any damage

Looks like the very top part is different material to the rest. Seen similar on various things, see if you can get a spudger in under the top lip and twiddle it out.

Need closer pics and both side if possible to tell more.

I've seen some connections that look similar where the tab on the left pulls/slides out a bit to release the connection.
Just make sure that you use the connector block and not the wire/wires when attempting to release any connector as it is so easy to snap the wires.
