Hi, Just received my new corsair SSD. Downloaded their SSD toolbox as it has a disk clone feature. The drive came with no cables so not sure how are you supposed to clone your existing laptop drive to the ssd when you have access to only one drive at a time?

Thanks

Not exactly an answer to your question but...

If you want to do a fresh install on your SSD but retain all the data on your old drive (so you can use it for something else) you can use Sysinternals' Disk2vhd which converts your entire disk into a virtual hard disk file. You can mount this in Windows and access all your files or even boot from it using boot from VHD or using vitualization software.

Decided on a fresh install on the SSD and kept the old drive and used it in a usb caddy. Thanks for all the tips.
