ok heres one for you techy guys,

at this moment i have a bluetooth key board and mouse ,works grest np ,

i wanted to also use bluetooth speakers ,

now i tried to get them to work on main computer and no matter how hard i tried i couldnt get them to work ,

put them on to my lappy and they worked fine

would there be anything stopping them working on my main computer,

i did try abd disconected all my other usb stuff including KB and Mouse but that didnt help ,
theyr Creative s2 speakers by the way the speakers came with a usb bluetooth adapter ,and my mouse and key board have a usb one too i was wondering if they were in conflict with each other but these are the only 2 devices using bluetooth

I'm no expert on bluetooth, but I thought you only needed one usb bluetooth dongle to connect all Your things keyboard, mouse and speakers. With the dongle I have You just click on the bluetooth symbol on the taskbar a box appears with the option to add device's. I assumed they all worked like this.

your mouse and keyboard have a bluetooth dongle as well?
if thats the case you should only really need one dongle plugged in.
is it wondows 7? tried right clicking the bluetooth icon on the taskbar and add device?

As I found out at the weekend, sadly this is not always the case. My acer revo has built in bluetooth and talks fine to my phone and speaker dock but it refuses to talk to my keysonic keyboard. Worse still it won't work with the keysonic BT dongle unless I disable the onboard BT and the keysonic BT dongle refuses to talk to the dock or phone. Apparently its a known issue with different BT chipsets in the same PC.

ok bumping this ,i now have bluetooth devices working on my newley built computer,i have 3 of them working ,after i built a new one installed windows 7 and now all 3 devices are working thot id let yous know
