how to remove

I like to use ewido online scan every now and then

ewido - anti-spyware and anti-malware solutions

but since Ive had vista its never worked properly
I downloaded what it asked of me etc but when |I open the website I just get error
its not in add remove
but I think Ive located it in C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files or at least the activex part of it

but it wont delete,highlight it hit delete nothing,right click only option I have is properties
I thought if I delete that it might let me install again ?

any suggestions ?
