hi there i was givin a packard bell mit-ca102 laptop today as i freind could not get it working i found a charger with the same voltage as it and tried it when i plug it on a light

    packard bell mit-ca102 power failure help

    hi there i was givin a packard bell mit-ca102 laptop today as i freind could not get it working i found a charger with the same voltage as it and tried it when i plug it on a light comes on as if its charging but it wont turn on does anyone know if this is a common fault and is worth fixing or if the laptop is just goosed lol. thanks for looking.

    Try switching it on with the battery out with the laptop on mains power.
