com port 1 not initialize

Try removing it from Device Manager, then doing a scan for hardward changes.

Should find it and work again.

Press Windows Key + Pause/Break key on keyboard together ( a shortcut) this will open up System Proerties.

Select Hardware, Device Manager, Ports(Com & LPT). Highlight Com 1 then right click mouse and uninstall device.

Then under Actin tab Scan for Hardware Changes.

That should resolve the issue.
