normal and scrubbed backups!???

i have seen these to types of games on certain sites and i was just wondering what the difference are and how you burn them to play with my console ( i have the yowii chip installed) thanks for any help.

scrubbed are basically compressed:

Normal= you will be downloading about 4.5GB

Scrubbed/Compress= A lot smaller download size like:

Excite_Truck_PAL(compress) = 832MB
WiiChess(compress) = 468MB
Super_Fruit_Fall_PAL(compress) = 298MB
Game party(compress) = 618MB

They use a program which converts the unused space in the program to code which takes a lot less download space and basically pack the file to a very small size.
You download it and unpack it (which takes a little bit longer than normal unpack time) then burn it to disk as usual.

I've been seeing them lately and not sure if they were okay or not...but now I know.
