welcome to dw.. :)

need a bit more info:

what console are you using it on dslite, dsi or 3ds
what firmware is console on?
have you updated it recently?

what exactly is printed on the card?
what is the web address ion the card?

where the cards working and suddenly stopped or just never worked?

they are DSI ver 1.4.3a the cards i got at a market the address on card is www.r4i3ds.com I have never updated them. 1 out of 4 work but only in the 2 of the dsi witch is weird cos they are all the same ver 1.4.3a and they were all bought from the same shop at the same time.

when i first got chips i had to send them back as they were only r4 and none of them worked in dsi's 1.4.3a they then sent back the 4 r4i3ds ones i have now but only one works it cost me more then i payed 4 them to be sent back so i would rather try fix them with your help or just buy more

ok, you got lot going here.. lol

take the card that does work, put the fimrware on it and follow the upgrade intructions from here.
http://www.r4i3ds.com/en/down.asp

then try the card in all the dsi consoles to see if it works in them all.
