Phone Unlocking Samsung E800 Problems

I have a samsung E800 and i have a query regarding the phone. Sometimes when I recieve a call and press connect button to answer the phone it just stays on connecting and doesnt connect to call. Network reception is ok, it just gets annoying when it does this. It doesnt do it all the time just now and then so its got me baffled.

Take it back to the shop mate...if it doesn't work (even sometimes) your warranty should cover at least a check-up (if it's less than a year old anyway).

Yup if it new would have to agree take it back under warranty, if you got it second hand and its still under warranty contact the manufacturer for warranty returns info..

It's most likely a firmware problem. I'd either get it exchanged or you can get the firmware reinstalled/upgraded for free at an authorized Samsung service centre.
