ive got my spiderbox the other day. so got a member on ***** forum channel list, and gift and patch, and downloaded it to my spiderbox, but i cant view all the channels or even most of them, duno if ive set it up wrong, or its because of the snow, im really lost at the mo with the box. ive read a fair bit, but putting it into action is not working for me, maybe im doing something wrong. after reading the threads on the site, i thought i know what i need to do, and as its not going right for me, im lost and confused.

i bought the box for my parents for xmas and was hoping to set it up for them before xmas day, and its not long left now, so please help me if u can, or if u can call me on 07702631466, or message me back on my phone or here and i can call u
