krypview a780 help

ive just done a factory reset and its come up with the easy installation page.
and now every time I do a network scan its says scan complete and goes to the automatic search page but no channels come up.
it normally shows me a list of places to click on Manchester being mine but nothing comes up.
am I doing something wrong.
I have reflashed the box with the old update I had and it went on then the s/w update did load me the latest update being ..
16/08/2013 ,,,sw version pv4.2.03,,,,h/w version v3.0.0 ..
as the box gone down does any one no , or can any one tell me what im doin wrong

Why did u do a factory reset?
Did u loose all channels?

If it's not picking anything up then could be a fault with cable signal .

Do you have a proper vim box to test?

some channels stopped working and by doing this before and changing from Manchester 1 to Manchester 3 seemed to work.
ill dig my proper box out and try
all my internet seems fine and like I say it did a auto update via the cable to give me the latest update and that worked ??

The update is done via your internet connection. Sound like there is no cable signal to the box

sometimes is best doing a reset/rescan from direct feed but you need to know provider and netid to be 100% sure.
