how to install that plugin on my OpenPli image on a VU+ SOLO2 ?

Transfer the file to the tmp folder at the root of your image.

Then you can install it via the software manager in the Plugins menu

Best way though is via telnet with the command

opkg update && opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/*.ipk
