Finally managed to download it (no resume when connect broken, had to start over 3 times!). Looks like no SSL 84d inside and it needs to be flashed separately? When I tried putting it in SunRay3 (DM800 clone) with 2.01 and 84b - got DreamUp error 010 invalid image (or old version).

Update: Uhh, false alert. Flashed with IE. Looks like working.

If this happens again then try flash the 84d ssl first
