Ftp to tmp dir then install through the image menu option for file or ipk installer

Does this show up in the plugins menu? I downloaded this via DBUK image on my VU DUO clone but cant find it anywhere i can see the folder in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions
