Windows 7 Resolution changer

Hi there, i have a laptop and on the right hand side of it theres around 2 inch's broken (cant see the screen) is there custom software out the that i could adjust the screen so that i could squeeze the whole screen in minus the broken 2inch side (right on the end of the right end screen)

You could just restore from full screen (tab top right) then "fish" in the blank bit with the cursor to resize. Try it on the lhs to see what I mean.

Apart from that, is there custom s/w for your video card? I don't know any system s/w with that degree of control, off hand.
