Software trying to convert .720p.BluRay.x264-ROVERS.mkv with convertxtodvd - help please

want to convert .720p.BluRay.x264-ROVERS.mkv to dvd format to play in my dvd player .
I tried it but the picture is all ripperly, wavey , anyone know why ? please using version - 41937

try freemake video converter ? Could just be the codecs on your system causing the problem.

I always use VSO convertx to DVD really good software but not free don't know if they give a trial

Did you read what software the OP is using?

Sorry mate just read you are already using it maybe it is the pal , NTSC setting your DVD might not like NTSC otherwise in encode setting try using lanzcros, think that's how you spell it. Is this the first time you had a problem with it

nero vision will do the job you can find it in the usual places not sure if the demo version will help but I use this everytime to make quality dvds with my own menus the lot.

@ttony , I also use convertxtodvd and have not had that problem so I would think that @oneman has the right answer, it may be the codecs causing the problem and sometimes trying to add different codecs can also cause problems so his suggestion of using Freemake Video Converter sounds a great idea.

I would think the problem is more of an occasional problem as convertxtodvd very rarely has problems, and the DVD/Blu Ray version would probably be a larger file and take longer to download or indeed may not have been available at the time.
