EDIT: Sorry just realised you said you can't print it What about opening it in Open office or Word 2007 or similar and then saving it as a different format? Then convert back to PDF and then print? On a side note, the guy who originally worked out how to strip the passwords was one of the first victims of the DMCA. Even though what he did was legal within his own country.
