Shop/online purchase In the case of tangible goods that you've purchased from a high street shop or an online retailer, the time limit on chargeback would start from the day you receive your items.

There is quite a difference between buying new and buying brand new on the internet,I got it from ebay as a new tv and it was only when I had to get the vat info invoices ect eveything was from sands tv iv been ripoed off
