Hi Peeps,

I have a 2001 Renault Laguna. I noticed that on the dashboard my two front wheels were flashing on the wee lcd car the other week. When the missus was out one day one of my front springs broke and took the other one with it. Also my two front tyres were needing changed during this time. Obviously the two have been fixed and the two wee wheels have stopped flashing.

Question 1. Was it the low tread on the tyres or the springs making the service lights come on?

Question 2. Now I have a nearside rear wheel light flashing on the wee lcd car but the service light has stopped flashing and the stop light is alluminated. What does this mean as my rear tyre is ok? Do I have another major fault?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated? Save me buying a Haynes manual.....lol

 peeps

as soon as your tread is low m8 they come on . thought the word service comes on if its going flat or oils low and so on , not stop light ?

Thanks Smirnoff. I'll maybe have to take it into a garage and have them look at it as the tyre looks good?

if its below the legal limit thats all it needs . so might like ok but just under the 5 mm limit m8
