 the only scan i have done on the replay is on 64 qam is it worth trying 128 qam 256 qam or any of them or is 64 qam the only one thats good for scannig just thought i would ask just something i have not tried maybe the only thing .

Which area are you in ?

If its TW or C&W then i've only ever seen customer available channels on QAM64 and thats all thats ever listed in the NIT tables. TW have done some unlisted test streams on QAM256 but they tend to be brief tests and quite localised to one particular sub-net.

There also used to be a private QAM256 stream encrypted using NDS which I believe was used by a chain of turf accountants (bookies !)

its got to be something silly...?

i am in hell n t hell done every thing had the box 5 mths can not stop the clock loosing time gliching loads better with the booster but nothing can help my clock or egp my dbox and dreambox have great egp i dont understand why this box never did i have took all the antenuator icolators every thing from inside the house outs side the house boosters the lot nothing helps the egp or the clock loss the only thing diffrent to some guys i spoke to is that the guy who sold me the box fitted the hard disc then i got it and flashed it what is the best way to flash a box buy a box with out the h/d flash itthen fit the h/d so that the flash goes to the boxs memory not the h/d........? or visa versa...? there has to be a stupid answer to this ..

also when you have flashed your image to the hard drive and your scanning the replay i find 590 channels 94 radio but after i save the scan there is 260 tv 42 radio could it be flashing to the box its self and not my hard disc while scanning the hard drive is dead quite no noise...?
