First you need to have a cable connection from virgin to your house (active or inactive) to get it on your own cable box,there are lots of boxes that can now do this as long as they have a cable tuner..I would opt for a VU box but there are loads of others that do the job just as good or better..
On your PC or laptop its real easy to find streams or websites hosting links to streams of almost any channel you want or install XBMC on your computer and this will also enable you to view streams of some channels...
either way there is quit a bit of setting up first.
