Hi guys any help had my kryptview box running ok think vm have done something to my signal they where working on the house next door signal went down after they had finished can i conect my box to a dish that is already on my wall two cables coming from it will my box work any help would be appreciated Thanks guys

You want to connect a cable to receiver to a satellite dish?

Do you have a vm package ie bb or basic tv subscription with them at all

Hi mate got no package with them at all every thing was working great untill vm where working on the house next door no signal on my kv

They have disconnected at main box or at house.
Check vm box on the outside of house to see if disconnected there.

Hi ye disconnected out side my house vm box is off my wall cant see the cable coming from it now

Can you not reconnect it back up

tried to but nothing in the vm box to reconnect to on my house new box on the wall on the house next door now

Thats crap, phone them out get connected and cancel it after a week then you will have it all connected again, i done it with sly

think thats the best road to go down thanks for that
