MSI freeview stick wont work :s

Hi all,
I recently brought a MSI mega sky freeview usb stick but i cant get it to work on my pc?

I installed it fine but when i scan for channels it brings up nothing... I've tried using the antenna supplied and connectin an ntHell cable but nothing
can anyone help??

Freeview will not work thru the NThelL feed.
Have a look at this Room. this will give u "freeview" thru NThelL.

It maybe ure in a bad area. (R u sure freeview is running in ure area?)
If it Mid Wales Forget it.Enter ure post code in the box on the freeview site

Even if it available the signal may be too poor for the reciever to lock on.
Ask someone else with a normal freeview box if u know anyone in your area.
Is their signal good?

Maybe u need a signal amplifier. heres 1 from maplin £24.99 + £2.50 P&P.

Also maybe a better aerial. From £9.99 from malin.

Freeview wont work using a cable feed from ntl you need a Terrestrial aerial, if you cant get a signal with the portable aerial provided, which most people cant unless they in a super strong area. Then try a high gain roof top aerial.

Also another thing to keep in mind is drivers, check the MSI website and see if you have the latest drivers etc.
