The spaghetti alla Puttanesca is a typical Roman Dish, from Roma City, very popular and easy to make, so try this traditional Pasta and you will make it all the times....
The preparation of this type of pasta is very simple and involves the use of ingredients such as tomato, anchovies, capers, black olives, red pepper and parsley.
Obviously you are wondering what its name is derived from and what you think: it is said that Girls of (Escort .... houses) were prepared spaghetti to attract the guest....
Ingredients:
400 gr of spaghetti
500 gr of peeled tomatoes
4 salted anchovies ( take off the bones)
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon salted capers
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pound of olives
chilli
2 tablespoons parsley
salt

Preparation:
In a pan put oil, peeled garlic, chilli, anchovies and capers( capers, wash it before in water, to took off the salt) . We cook the ingredients few minutes , we manage to reduce in little pieces the anchovies, with a wood spoon, and then add the tomatoes and cook about 15 minutes.
Now add the salt needed and a pinch of chopped parsley.
Cook in a separate pot with salted water, the Spaghetti, than took it off when
ready.
The spaghetti should be al dente and finally mix all, few seconds in the pan with the sauce , before serving.
