Last week I decided to record a football match onto my WD Passport 500GB Hard Drive.

When the match was about halfway through, I thought I'd take a look at it. However, the picture kept freezing and stuttering although the audio was ok. So obviously, I thought the recording was now unwatchable although for some reason I didn't cancel it.

When the match was over, I took another look at the start of the recording but now it was playing back perfectly. I haven't tried repeating this but I'm wondering if this is a known problem with my receiver, hard drive combination?

Hi,

Are there any known issues with the Component output RCA (phono) sockets with a TM-5402?

I tried to get output to a TV using these ports and no matter what settings I tried in the TM-5402 "AV Output Settings" menu I could not get a viewable picture. Normally, the scart settings in the "AV Output Settings" menu need to be with YPbPr = ON to get the component output ports to work, however, I either had an intermittent flickering jumble of a picture or a pink tinged picture that was unstable.

If anyone with a TM-5402 could check the component output to a TV I would be grateful for any feedback on the settings required to get a viewable picture.

Otherwise, it looks like I might have a bítched set of component ports on my TM-5402?
With Ci-module Neonotion viaccess secure it cleared . Does it mean Bisfr have changed finally towards viaccess secure ? Or am I just beeing silly and did I need to put the latest patched firmware.
As most people i know use tm only with original firmware But that is not always an option for those people ...
