Hi there

I currently have a technomate super plus 6900 or whatever its actually called and a Diabalo Cam 2.3.. Which I kind of outgrown

This is attached to a 1m motorised set up

However I wish to "upgrade" to a linux based box. Features must be same or better than the 6900 (with the exception of the freeview bit that I have never used)

my shortlist is the DM800, the Katherine and the AB IP9000

I am completely au fai with unix / linux.... so i guess it boils down to "unique features" and "community support"

any comments / suggestions etc most welcome

Cube Revo is same as IP900 mini version is about £240 del

9000 is same price as dm800 maybe little more

Dm800 is more expensive but if you can afford it then its best to go for that £389 del is best price ive found

dreambox is native to cccam so its 100% support which is one of the main beneifts of dreambox/linux

dont get a dm800 clone though
