Help! Stuck on sirius

Hi

For some reason my dish doesn't want to budge from Sirius.

I try to select a new Sat and the Technomate saying moving to.... but it doesn't move. When I exit the moving screen it's still on Sirius??

What have done/got to do to get it to move? It used to work fine?

whats the motor voltage or diseq? if its voltage fed check at dish end with meter , should have neg and pos x 2 when going in dif direction one supply drops off and comes on when going the other way. If diseq and you have a picture try remaking the f plugs for a better connection probably oxidised,

HAs it moved in the past or is this a new install ?

Found out what the problem was

The motor was Fu*ked!!

New motor fitted, all up and running - and as a bonus I now have Hispasat which the cowboy who originally installed the dish said I couldn't get!

Worst part is the guy yesterday diagnosed, supplied and fitted part for less than the original install which I had already bought the kit for!
