Just a quick question to anybody running Sky on an HTPC, or indeed any other hardware that will tell you the exact resolution of the source broadcast before any upscaling. I remember a few years ago, there was some discussion about Sky's own HD channels only being 1440x720, as opposed to full 1920x1080, and that the Sky+ box then upscaled to 1080, so I was just wondering if anybody could check if that's still the case with channels like Sky One, Movies, Sports, etc?

Thanks.

i think they are still the same m8 720 not real hd a rip off when true hd is 1080p even with upscaling its not as good as it should be in fact i think bbc hd is better qaulity
